At Physio Flex Pro, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. That's why we offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee for all new customer orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of your order date.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Applies only to first-time purchases made directly from our website.
  • The request must be submitted within 60 days from the date of purchase.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Subscription Orders

Refunds on subscription orders are eligible only under the following conditions:

  • The unused product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • A note must be included with the customer’s name and shipping address from the original order.

Once we receive the returned product and verify the required information, we will issue a refund equal to the value of the returned item (excluding shipping costs).

Customers may subscribe to receive Physio Flex Pro products on a recurring basis. We understand that flexibility matters, and for that reason:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.  Once the charge has occurred it will ship and must be returned for credit.

  • However, once a recurring order has been processed and charged, the sale is final, and there are no retroactive cancellations.

Additional Notes

  • We do not cover return shipping costs.
  • Refunds and store credits are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
  • If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team immediately.

Damaged or Opened Goods:
If you receive a product that is damaged or has been opened upon arrival, we will replace the product free of charge. Please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details and a description or photo of the issue.
